A weekend in Boorloo (Perth) and Wadjemup (Rottnest).
We caught up with our who flew over from the east coast and decided to head out to see the Quokkas and during this time I took every opportunity to explain the history of the island also that so many don't know about in the mainstream.
In the last frame and video I had made a decision as a visitor to this place to pay my respects in the way I know how by tossing some sand into the lake in the centre of the island and I explained the purpose also for why yamaji people do this.
Although this isn't yamaji country plenty of people from all over the state were sent here to die in obscurity.
