Thalirrang (Tallering) Peak, Southern Wajarri Location,
I spent most of my week back in WA travel to and from this location with the intention of writing a story about the location but what ended happening was that this was perhaps the first time in a long time there was about 50 yamaji people out there at the same time with @yamajiart I had about 30 people to feed and for some of the group it was the first time they had visited the location and for others it had been a while since they had last been out here. While we sat on the eastern side of the peek Uncle Beetle had another group of 20+ on the western side.
My grandfather used to have his sandal wood camp around this area before that industry went away and one of the stories he passed on through my mother was when he was out there at night he could here the old tribal Yamaji people singing through the gorge at night.
I still continue to have dreams about this location and hopefully I can explore its more secretive and protected sights when I'm allowed.
