'Masha Amini' was what was said from Flinders Street station where I joined them until Victoria State Library and then back to Federation Square.
Masha Amini was arrested by the Iranian "Morality" police, she was 22 years old. Masha Amini died during a coma after being in police custody/detention.
As close to 100,000 people packed out the MCG for the AFL grand final the Persian Community came together to protest the treatment of women in Iran.
Of all the media representatives that were working today at the MCG I think there was one other photographer in attendance at this rally.
Btw I left the AFL game at half time to attend this instead.
